Urhobo Global Webinar: Agriculture, a Comparative Advantage

The Urhobo Webinar Group is organising its second edition of the Urhobo Global Webinar focusing on economic empowerment through agriculture as a comparative advantage.

The group was formed following the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic, which has killed tens of thousands of people across the world and disrupted social and economic lives of people.

The first webinar focussed on public health. The group is now moving on to tackle the longer term consequences of the pandemic: its impact on the economy of the Urhobo Nation especially on small to medium enterprises and broader impact on farmers, traders, artisans.
